Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts and services between Kaleido Bar (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and its guests, in particular reservations, event bookings and stays in the bar’s premises.

 

2. Reservations

Table reservations can be made by phone, email, or using the website's booking form. Reservations are only valid after confirmation by the provider. Missed reservations will expire 15 minutes after the agreed time unless notified.

 

3. Booking events (bar or stage)

The Kaleido Bar offers the opportunity to rent the entire bar or the stage for private or public events. Bookings are only valid after written confirmation and, if applicable, payment of a deposit.

The provider reserves the right to cancel events in exceptional circumstances (e.g., force majeure). In this case, any payment already made will be fully refunded.

 

4. Consumption

Consuming food and drinks brought from outside is not permitted. Exceptions require prior written agreement.

 

5. Liability

Kaleido Bar is not liable for guests' personal belongings. In the event of damage to inventory or equipment caused by guests, the person responsible for the damage will be held liable.

 

6. House rules

The Kaleido Bar team reserves the right to refuse entry to guests, particularly in cases of inappropriate behavior, alcohol abuse, or violation of the house rules.

 

7. Data protection

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the data protection regulations, which can be accessed by clicking here.

 

8. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
